4. Free Plan & Subscriptions

The free plan includes up to 10 AI content generations per month. Paid subscriptions (Starter plan) provide unlimited generations and additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

Content generated by IMYS is provided for your use. You retain ownership of any content you publish. IMYS retains ownership of the platform, its design, and underlying technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

IMYS is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMYS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
